Rensair Limited (“Rensair”) warrants that each Rensair CORE, COMPACT, AirBubbl or AirHavn Pro (“Product”) purchased from Rensair shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). Rensair also gives this warranty in respect of Core, Compact, AirBubbl and AirHavn Pro Products only supplied by an authorised reseller or agent.
Rensair does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Rensair is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow usage instructions.
If a valid claim is received by Rensair within the Warranty Period, Rensair will either:
These are your sole and exclusive remedies under this Warranty but do not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping and handling charges may apply (except where prohibited by applicable law).
Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
How to obtain Warranty Service
To claim under this Warranty, you must deliver the Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by Rensair (or the Rensair authorised reseller from whom you purchased it). Rensair may require that you furnish proof of purchase by emailing it to support@rensair.com to claim it within the warranty period.
It is your responsibility to back-up any data, software, or other materials you have stored on the Product as it is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted and Rensair will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.

This Warranty applies only to Products manufactured by or for Rensair as identified by the ‘’Core”, “Compact”, “Max”, “Airbubbl” or ‘Airhavn’ trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it.
The Warranty does not apply to any (a) Rensair products and services other than the Product, (b) non-Rensair hardware product, or (c) consumables (such as batteries) and accessories.
This Warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g., to alter functionality or capability) by anyone who is not a representative of Rensair or if the Product is inserted or installed in a casing not provided by Rensair. In addition, this Warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non-Rensair products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Rensair or with improper voltage or power supply; or (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an authorised representative of Rensair.
No Rensair reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Warranty.
If any term of this Warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
This Warranty is to be interpreted in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of it in the English courts. If you are a consumer and you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you are a consumer and you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
